Administrator for Special Programs - Colorado Springs Medical Group
Summary: Manages special projects which aid Medical Group executives, directors and administrators in achievement of clinic operational objectives for large or multi-site locations. Assists executives and director team in activities related to multiple specialties or clinic management including general operations, fiscal management, program development, and strategic planning.
FTE Status: Full Time
(FTE x 80 = hours per pay period)
Responsibilities: In conjunction with the Colorado Springs Medical Group executives and directors, aids in the development of specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which drive the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
Work with and assist the medical group executives and director team to develop and execute on initiatives around operating goal attainment, practice transformation, special projects, and improvement analysis.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration or healthcare-related discipline. Preferred: Master's Degree.
Background in practice management, performance improvement, project management preferred.
Technical expertise in disciplines such as Epic, business and financial analysis preferred.
Demonstrated ability to successfully work in an environment where discrete outcomes are produced within established time frames.
