Job Summary: Under general supervision of OBHS director, the Treatment on Demand team lead provides clinical care to patients at time of intake, supervision to staff, and administrative assistance to support overall effective patient care, DH substance treatment system needs, as well as the relevant grant requirements. This position works with Outpatient Behavioral Health Services (OBHS), internal DH departments (Medical and Psychiatric Emergency Departments, Inpatient Medicine Addiction Consult, Ambulatory Care Clinics and Denver CARES). Administrative duties require participation with community substance treatment providers, the City of Denver (DDPHE) and the Office of Behavioral Health (OBH) to support the responsibilities of this position. The team lead coordinates with stakeholders across DH, within Hub and Spoke model of care, and across community grant-holders to ensure continuity of care for patients and that best practices in clinical care are met, in an effort to meet the overall goal of providing access to same-day substance treatment for individuals with a diagnosis of Substance Use Disorder, along with effective follow-up treatment at the correct level of care for patients.

Education: Graduation from a certified Master's Program in Social Work, Psychology or other related human services, required.
Experience: Five years of clinical experience post master's degree, required. One year of grant management experience, required.
Credentials: Licensed Clinical Social Worker required Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) from American Heart Association required
