The RNFloat Pool position supports the mission of The Medical Center ofAurora/Centennial Medical Plaza of optimizing quality of life of all thoseserved by expanding beyond the traditional focus on medical needs to the needsof the whole person. The Super Pool RNis responsible for the delivery of nursing care to the patient requiringtelemetry, and/or medical surgical care. The Super Pool RN serves as primary nurse and/or care coordinator,leading the collaboration of all disciplines for well-coordinated patientcare. The Super Pool RN oversees anddirects the care of assistive personnel, maintaining final accountability forthe care given to assigned patients. When the need arises, will perform other duties as assigned bysupervisor.

Current licensure in the State ofColorado as a Registered Nurse, Compact license acceptable but must obtain CoRN license within 90 days of hire

Graduate of an accredited school ofnursing.
Two years’ experience in acute carerequired.
