Performs clerical and administrative functions to clinical unit.
Under close supervision, performs data entry and maintains education information in proper database.Provides administrative support for nurse program.Maintains office supplies and equipment by placing orders for supplies/services. Submits and follows up on repair request.
1.Performs data entry of AVS for passport.
2.Maintain records and files which support databases
3.Accurately inputs into database identifies errors promptly
4.Produces and distributes timely and accurate reports
5.Assists nursing and clinic with current resource lists.
6.Sends letters to clients in nursing program.
7.Reserves rooms for instruction for Department
8.Maintains office supplies and equipment
9.Submits and follows up on repair request
10.Other duties as assigned.
