This position will assume project and program leadership for the HealthONE/HCA hospital’s participation in the Colorado Medicaid Hospital Transformation Program HTP. These responsibilities will involve close collaboration with regional healthcare partnerships ensuring all requirements are met and potential benefits to the HealthONE hospitals are optimized.

Project management background preferred. Healthcare Professional with the right experience.
Master’s degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
A minimum of five years professional experience (in a hospital setting)
Previous experience managing large projects and long-term initiatives highly preferred.
Special Qualifications: •Strong knowledge of the healthcare payment system. •General knowledge of community resources. •Strong computer skills. •Self-motivated professional who possesses strong organization and planning skills with a demonstrated ability to manage projects independently. •Excellent collaboration and team leadership competencies. •Effective written and oral communicator with strong group presentation skills. E. Responsibilities: •Serve as the internal program subject matter expert. •Lead program rules, guidance, and interpretation. •Evaluate impact of HTP changes on achievement. •Mitigate potential financial risks associated with facility operations and program changes. •Develop strategies for HTP measure goal achievement. •Lead IT measure report development and validation. •Monitor monthly HTP measure performance. •Develop and revise yearly HTP achievement projections. •Report metrics and milestones with a quality/case management focus.
