What You Bring/Job Requirements
**$10k bonus for a two year commitment to nights for qualified ICU RN's-new employees**
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
RN License required;Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required;Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates, preferred for experienced RN's
BLS from the American Heart Association required
ACLS from the AHA required
TNCC required upon hire or within 1 year
NIHSS required upon hire or within 1 year
One year RN ICU experience required
Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty
3 years of ICU experience preferred, CCRN.
Physical Requirements -Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

Situated between Denver and Colorado Springs, Castle Rock Adventist Hospital is a recently-built55-bed acute care hospital and Level III Trauma Center providing comprehensive health care to the greater Castle Rock community and surrounding areas.The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Castle Rock Adventist Hospital is a mixed unit with cardiac, general medical and surgical patients. There are eight beds and we treat four to five patients per day. The culture and team within the ICU offer a healthy work environment with flexible scheduling. Our department delivers patient centered care with quality outcomes, that are driven by teamwork.
