Responsible for leading the daily work assignments performed in the Nutrition Services department including foodpreparation and delivery, catering, sanitation and stocking. This is a working position and requires the ability to train andorient new staff. Responsible for following Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Safe Handling Guidelinesregarding food safety and sanitation. Will provide excellent customer services when working with patients, visitors andother staff members.The Nutrition Svcs Lead may perform work in one or more of the following areas: barista, cashiering, dishwashing, floorstock, food preparation, meeal assembly and service, meal deliver, sanitation, tray collection.
What You Bring/Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
2 years of previous food service or healthcare experience; equivalent education and experience may be considered
Strong communication skills; ability to read, write and speak English
Basic computer skills
Physical Requirements : Light work - (Exert up to 20lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 10lbs frequently)
