As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you need to know how to:
Perform business analysis on targeted business processes. Analyze current manual end user processes, define future automated processes, perform a gap analysis to get from current state to future state, and deliver documentation comprising all the analysis including detailed requirements
Gather customer process documentation, translate it into user requirements, features, and use cases. Ensure completed projects have detailed functional design specifications.Translate and simplify technical complexities to business stakeholders, ensuring understanding and alignment of design decisions
Establish and enforce Agile release commitments and timelines based on priority and scope to ensure feasible enhancements and projects are included in the weekly release
Maintain ServiceNow product backlog, consisting of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other business processes to continue their drive toward process excellence
Assist to build and maintain IT Service Catalog taxonomy and overall structure
Lead efforts to provide continuous improvement to internal teams around internal service management processes
Maintain functional specs, technical specs, SOPs, policies, and other Knowledge Base content for the ServiceNow Platform team

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
Three (3) years of prior business analyst experience
Expertise experience in ServiceNow with knowledge core ITSM processes
Experience leading Agile and SCRUM development including daily standups
Experience leading projects in a Project Manager role
Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Belt (White, Yellow, Green, Black) Current Project Management certification
Expertise experience in ServiceNow scoped application development
