As an Executive Administrative Assistant you need to know how to:
Perform all responsibilities in a manner that is reflective of the mission and philosophy of Mount Saint Vincent.
Sensitive to the cultural differences among the children, families and staff and responds appropriately and sensitivity to those differences.
Conserves directorâ™s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
Maintains directorâ™s appointment schedule, including day-to-day and long-term management of meetings, projects, and priorities. Set up teleconferences and make travel arrangements.
Schedule all meetings and travel, including prioritizing meetings and communicating all relevant details to all participants.
Ensure director is prepared for upcoming appointments by gathering materials necessary for each meeting.
Handle phone, email and postal mail inquiries and respond appropriately.
Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.

Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two year college or technical school and a minimum of two (2) years of related administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
