Here's How the Process Works
To show our commitment and appreciation for joining our team, we are currently offering up to $31,000 hiring incentives to include sign-on, student loan forgiveness and relocation.
This is a full-time, 13-week training program offering a mix of didactic learning and clinical preceptorship.
You will be compensated for training hours and will be benefit-eligible.
Will work around 32 to 40 hours a week during the training program.
The training program comes with a two-year commitment to SCL Health St. Vincent.

At least two (2) years of RN experience, Highly preferred
BSN or ASN/ ADN from an accredited program with the ability to obtain your BSN from an accredited program within four (4) years of hire unless you possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of proven continuous Registered Nurse experience in an acute care setting, required
Current RN license to practice in Montana or ability to obtain prior to September 14, 2020, required
Current BLS certification, required
Ability and willingness to work all shifts â“ days, nights and weekends â“ dependent on departmental need, required
Ability and willingness to work under stressful conditions with a high volume of patients, required
Ability and willingness to learn in classroom and online settings as well as at the bedside in the clinical setting, required
Ability and willingness to commit to the 13-week training period uninterrupted, required
Ability and willingness to sign a commitment to two (2) years of full-time work in the ICU, required
