The Swedish MedicalCenter Nuclear Medicine PET/CT department is the largest in the state ofColorado. Our Center offers a dedicated, caring staff, highly trainedradiologists and next day scheduling for nearly every procedure. Swedish is thefirst department in Colorado with two Positron Emission Tomography/ComputedTomography (PET/CT) scanners and had the first cardiac rubidium PET/CT stresstest program in the state. Unique to Swedish, every technologist that performsPET/CT studies is board certified in both Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT. Individual responsiblefor solid to expert knowledge of all Nuclear Medicine, PET CT (PositronEmission Tomography/Computerized Tomography ) procedures. Communicatesand works independently in performing all nuclear medicine, PET CT procedureson customers ranging in age from newborn to late adulthood. Prioritizes,provides, and promotes quality patient care to support the Mission, Vision, andValues of Swedish Medical Center. Maintains and supports facilitytechnical and documentation expectations consistent with JCAHO regulations andstandards. Positively reflects concern and consideration when interactingwith patients, medical staff, and employees.
