Program Start Date: March 2021 We invite nurses to apply now for Wesley's Emergency Department (ED) Program for Experienced Nurses and New Graduates. This paid program will allow new graduates and or experienced nurses to obtain specific training in the ED setting through an intensive 16 week training program. - Paid, 16 week training program. Schedule will be Monday- Friday, averaging 40 hours per week
- Eligible for Wesley hire upon program completion, followed by two (2) year commitment of full time employment
- Gain ED experience within Welsey and HCA
- Cultivate meaningful relationships and enjoy targeted learning opportunities with skilled ED nurses, preceptors, and mentors

- Current BLS from the American Heart Association prior to residency start
- Passing NCLEX results or active compact or State of Kansas RN license prior to residency start
- Flexibility to commit to a full time RN position with Wesley Medical Center for a (2) year commitment period.
