We are seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Here is some of what you can expect from being the Coordinator of Guest Services:
- You are responsible for high level assessment and problem resolution in regard to resolving patient concerns and complaints.
- You must exhibit high degree of tact and diplomacy and ability to handle sensitive issues in a way that fosters a positive patient experience.
- You oversee the functions of Patient Relations with the hospital staff, physicians, and hospital administration.
- Your role monitors facility compliance with the Patient Self Determination Act and the Colorado statutes pertaining to Patient Rights and Grievance Mechanism.
- Your role serves as a liaison between patients and staff, responds to requests for service, and assists in locating belongings.
- You meet weekly with executive team to review and address all patient issues.
What qualifications you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred. High School diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 1-3 years’ experience in customer service issues preferred.
- Special Qualifications: Strong, effective communication skills, must possess effective organizational skills and have the ability to prioritize and manage people and projects.
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and other job required programs.
