Job Summary Promotes patient and family centered care by collaborating with entity key stakeholders, hospital administration, and Quality leadership. Oversees patient and customer service focus for the hospital, creating a supporting and healing environment for the patient and their families. Identifies organizational opportunities for delivering a superior patient experience based on customer feedback, proactive consultation, satisfaction results, and analysis of complaints and grievances. Serves as the entity champion for HCAHPs initiatives. What You Bring/Job Requirements In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: Education Requirement Bachelors degree orequivalent experience Minimum Experience Requirements 3 years of related experience in hospitality or public relations Alternate dispute resolution training and/or mediation training or certification and/or conflict resolution training preferred Medical Terminology knowledge preferred Previous hospital patient representative experience preferred Previous leadership experience preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Knowledge of healthcare operations and regulations.
