  1. Under the direction of the VP, accountable for the operational and financial performance of assigned outpatient clinics, services, providers and staff including clinical and non-clinical outpatient clinic areas and departments.
  2. Assists VP with reruiting and onboarding new providers including credentialing, space, technology needs, practice set up, staffing, EHR templates and workflows to achieve or exceed contractual quality and volume expectations.
  3. Attends and/or leads monthly practice meetings; reviews monthly financials with assigned providers; provides a written summary and ensures timely loop closure on any outstanding items.
  4. Oversees monthly provider payroll and monthly/quarterly workload payments to ensure accuracy, timely submission, and communication with providers.
  5. Ensures compliance with Joint Commission standards as well as state and federal regulations as they relate to the outpatient clinics; communicates any questions or concerns to VP immediately.
  6. Communicates any concerns or issues directly with the provider whenever possible or consults immediately with their VP, keeping them in the loop - does not wait to be rounded on to share concerns. Participates in provider annual performance evaluations as requested by their VP.
  7. Produces reports, charts, and data utilizing the electronic medical record system and other sources. Responsible to ensure monthly reports are accurate and timely as well as being available to respond to questions, etc. from third parties such as the Colorado Medicaid Program.
  8. Under director of the VP, ensures HRRMC providers meet or exceed quality payment program requirements issued by the state and/or federal government.
  9. Serves as a super-user of the electronic medical records system with the ability to enter information, create templates and workflows as well as train others as needed.
  10. In conjunction with the VP and Clinics Manager, serves as liaison with Patient Financial Services ensuring processes are in place that results in minimum denials of payment due to prior authorizations, medical necessity, and/or lack of coverage as well as working payment denials.
  11. In the absence of the VP, will represent HRRMC with the Regional Accountable Entity (RAE) and other meetings as needed.
  12. Attends service line committee and other meetings and committees as assigned by the VP.
  13. Leads performance improvement and quality initiatives; leads rapid improvement projects, root cause analysis and other initiatives.
  14. Performs other duties as assigned.

3-5 years experience with clinics/physician practices supervising staff, managing budgets, collaborating with medical providers (specialty and family practice); revenue cycle / billing coding and denial management are very important. Must be honest and loyal. 

NOTES:
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
