Medical Group Growth Support Specialist acts as the primary support to the Director and Manager of medical group growth initiatives. This position will be responsible for coordinating Medical Group strategic and operational growth project initiatives such as monitoring and maintaining data and its integrity through project dashboards, status reports and schedules. The ability to organize and participate in stakeholder meetings whilst ensuring project deadlines are met in a timely manner are key to success in this role. This position is someone who has the ability to perform in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.

As a Growth Support Specialist you need to know how to:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to coordinate medical group projects across regions.
Support the creation of growth best practices, tools, and ways for SCL Health Medical Group to drive efficiency in order to reduce costs and add value.
Identify lessons learned and continually refine growth processes
Maintain and monitor dashboards, project plans, project schedules and appropriate budgets
Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings
Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Ensure project deadlines are met
Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
Provide administrative help as needed
Promote mission, vision, and values of SCL Health, and abide by service behavior standards.

Bachelorâ™s degree is required, Masterâ™s degree is preferred
Two years of experience in a project support role is preferred
Experience with project management teams and tools are preferred
