This position coordinates all activities of diagnostic radiology technologists working in Peri-operative services. Perform a variety of diagnostic radiologic procedures and on patients of all ages. Prioritizes, provides, and promotes quality patient care to support the Mission, Vision, and Values of RMC. Safely utilizes radiation protection for patients and employees. Coordination and scheduling of surgical cases for Peri-operative services as they pertain to Radiology. Assist patients and physicians as needed. Prepare, process, and document information. Perform some quality control tasks and reports results.

Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current Registered Technologist licensure with ARRT. Current BLS Certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Required Education and Training: Graduate of a Radiology Tech program
Experience:2-year previous diagnostic experience in acute care facility desirable. Previous Surgery experience desirable. Some supervisory experience desired. Specialized use of C-arms during surgery, Diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic X-ray equipment, Mobile equipment- portables and C-arms, Computers and Printers, Processors, C.R. equipment, Transport equipment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Demonstrates good organizational skills. Displays appropriate judgement and problem solving skills. Communicates positively and professionally with all internal and external customers.
Degree of Supervision Required: Under supervision of Manager/ Director/ designee.
Orientation Period: Orientation will be contingent on experience.
