The Manager Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) oversees and further develops the information systems that support all human resource functions to support a growing and thriving integrated Baylor Scott & White Health System. The Manager of HRIS will have a demonstrated track record of strong management and communication skills and will manage a team of several HRIS professionals who will implement and maintain the systems to support HR. The focus of this role will be to support, develop, implement, and keep current best-in-class technology solutions while overseeing day-to-day operations of the technology solutions to support the human resources service delivery
