Sr. Pharmacy Technician - Prior Authorization
Job DescriptionThe Senior Technician Prior Auth & Appeals will work a rotating call schedule throughout the day to support Clinical Services Representative I, II, and III with complex non-clinical or Prior Authorization questions or calls. Responsibilitiesinclude assisting supervisors with day to day tactical issues, handling escalated calls, training, coaching and other business needs. The ideal candidate will promote a positive working environment and initiates suggestions to continually improve processes; assists supervisors with standardization of procedures, coaching, training, and dissemination of information to staff; act as a subject matter expert in processes, procedures and products; communicate clearly and accurately when interacting with all levels of employees,
