San Luis Valley Health is looking for a Respiratory Therapist Supervisor to join our patient focused Respiratory Therapy Team! 

A sign-on bonus/ relocation assistance is available for the selected qualified candidate.

What You'll Need:   

• Graduate of a college or university program of Respiratory Therapy (AMA approved).  
• Credentialed with the NBRC as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)  
• Active Colorado license in good standing.  
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required.  
• Ability to perform all basic and selected advance respiratory care therapeutic procedures as directed and monitored by appropriate personnel. 

What You'll Do:

• Develop the RT schedule, and resolve any staff issues in department, finding coverage when needed.
• Oversees the process for reviewing respiratory changes and correcting errors. 
• In absence of department director, will be the lead staff person for department, processing and delivering study reports and results to HIM; fielding any patient and provider inquiries, and communicated with CCO as needed.
• Contributes information to strategic plans and reviews and leads the orientation and education process for all new respiratory therapists.
• Other duties as assigned
