San Luis Valley Health is looking for a Respiratory Therapist Supervisor to join our patient focused Respiratory Therapy Team!

What You'll Need:
Graduate of a college or university program of Respiratory Therapy (AMA approved).
Credentialed with the NBRC as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
Active Colorado license in good standing.
BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required.
Ability to perform all basic and selected advance respiratory care therapeutic procedures as directed and monitored by appropriate personnel.
What You'll Do:
Develop the RT schedule, and resolve any staff issues in department, finding coverage when needed.
Oversees the process for reviewing respiratory changes and correcting errors.
In absence of department director, will be the lead staff person for department, processing and delivering study reports and results to HIM; fielding any patient and provider inquiries, and communicated with CCO as needed.
Contributes information to strategic plans and reviews and leads the orientation and education process for all new respiratory therapists.
