Your day.

As an RRT you need to know how to:

• Deliver evidence-based respiratory care by protocol or pathway through arterial line insertion, intubations, bronchoscopy assist, percutaneous tracheostomy assist, flight and high risk deliveries


• Be an integral member of the patientâ™s care regimen using patient-driven protocols in the general care areas and the vent liberation protocol in the Critical Care areas


• Participate with the Early Mobility Team


• Provide effective airway management


• Initiate, maintain, monitor and document continuous mechanical ventilation


• Understand and institute advanced ventilator modalities


• Effectively discuss advanced Respiratory Pathophysiology and implement changes based on patientâ™s condition


• Evaluate CXR to facilitate patient care

Your experience.

We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

• Associateâ™s Degree in Respiratory, required


• Bachelorâ™s Degree, preferred


• Valid Colorado Registered Respiratory Therapist license, required


• Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association, required


• Current ACLS, PALS and NRP certifications, preferred
