As a Remote Associate Epic Application Analyst, you need to know how to:
Performs high level data integrity queue work , complex error corrections and interface error queue correction work.
Performs pertinent daily electronic queue duties of a varying but often complex and time-sensitive nature.
Works closely with HIM management to complete special projects.
Acts a liason between other outside teams on data integrity related issues. Collaborates as directed with other organizational stakeholders to facilitate correction.
Maintains and provides detailed error correction statistics and documentation as directed.

Proficient computer skills necessary in order to perform the tasks required including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and some Access. Specific application knowledge on Epic EHR and OnBase document imaging systems is preferable.
Demonstrated knowledge of the fundamentals of hospital organization and administration, and laws applicable to healthcare management
High School Diploma or equivalent and enrolled in an accredited AHIMA credential program required.
Three (3 ) years acute care hospital experience, preferably in HIM related role(s) and/or direct error correction or data integrity roles required.
Associate's Degree in an AHIMA accredited program preferred.
Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) preferred.
Five (5) years acute care hospital experience, preferably in HIM related role(s) and/or direct error correction or data integrity roles preferred.
