You.
You bring your body, mind, heart and spirit to your work as a Home Hospice Patient Care Technician / Certified Nursing Assistant.
You know youâ™re a guest in someoneâ™s home and you tread carefully but confidently.
You know how to make small talk and answer big questions. You know how to soothe. How to hug. How to travel, and laugh, easily.
Youâ™re great at what you do, but you want to be part of something even greater. Because you believe that while individuals can be strong, the right team is invincible.
Us.
We believe that Hospice chooses you, not the other way around. Our Hospice associates are drawn to end-of-life care, passionately serving our patients on their final journey and supporting/educating the families throughout the dying process.
We offer the right support and resources to aid in your success with us. We support you by:
Being a part of the larger integrated SCL Health system
Planning the orientation process around your needs
Offering tuition reimbursement to support your career advancement
Providing you with a fast-paced, caring and exceptional experience that you will get nowhere else
Lutheran Hospice Center - Home Hospice is part of SCL Health, a faith-based nonprofit healthcare organization that focuses on person-centered care. Lutheran Hospice has supported terminally ill patients and their families with end-of-life care for more than 30 years and is one of the few hospices in Colorado to be continually accredited by The Joint Commission. With clientele throughout the greater Denver metro area, we proudly provide comfort, dignity and support for patients as they spend the final stage of life with loved ones in familiar surroundings.
Benefits are one of the ways we encourage health for you and your family. Our generous package includes medical, dental and vision coverage. But health is more than a well-working body: it encompasses body, mind and social well-being. To that end, weâ™ve launched a Healthy Living program to address your holistic health. Healthy Living includes financial incentives, digital tools, tobacco cessation, classes, counseling and Paid Time Off. We also offer financial wellness tools and retirement planning.
We.
Together weâ™ll align mission and careers, values and workplace. Weâ™ll honor each otherâ™s dignity and surpass the standards we set. Weâ™ll encourage joy, demand safety and take pride in our integrity.
Weâ™ll laugh at each otherâ™s jokes (even the bad ones). Weâ™ll hello and high five. Weâ™ll celebrate milestones and acknowledge the value of spirituality in healing.
Weâ™re proud of what we know, which includes how much there is to learn.
Your day.
