Director of Early Intervention, Risk Management and Safety
Our Risk Management and Safety team is looking for an experienced Director of Early Intervention who is passionate about practicing communication and resolution principles and assisting members to achieve open and honest communication with patients, families, and our caregivers when harm occurs in healthcare. This position will support BETA HEART (healing, empathy, accountability, resolution, and trust) implementation by assisting our members and insureds with carrying out early resolution. The Director of Early Intervention is a Risk Management and Safety Team member who will liaise with Claims and Risk at BETA, and interact with BETA members in California, Oregon and Washington.
