Performs high-quality images and exams on patients while maintaining sensitivity to patient needs. Follows standards of safe radiation practice. Demonstrates leadership abilities and is a role model for other associate technologists. Acts as a clinical resource to unit personnel and upholds current standards of practice for the unit. *What is Enterprise Pool?*We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers many options for flexibility, variety, and career growth, while supporting our collective mission to deliver outstanding whole-person care to our flourishing communities. The Centura Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Centura system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system. *Systemwide Resource Pool** Base rate + $9.00/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials* Must be available to travel to all facilities. Dependent on assignment, travel may be eligible for mileage reimbursement and lodging.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * 12 months of imaging experience required, 24 months preferred* High School Diploma required* Associate's degree, strongly preferred* Bachelor's degree, preferred* Registered Technologist, Radiology* Any combination of the following: ARRT (CT), ARRT (M), R.T.(R)(VI)(ARRT) ; R.T.(R)(CV)(ARRT)* Two additional other modality cert (for a total of 3 certs in radiology)Physical Requirements-Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)Your Connected Community:Welcome to Centura Health - the largest health ecosystem in Colorado and Kansas.
