Associate Director for Senior Health Program
Providence is seeking a part-time provider with geriatric expertise and demonstrated leadership skills to serve as the Associate Director for the Senior Health Program. In this role you will partner with the Medical Director with development of Age-Friendly strategies and initiatives to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of quality patient care for older adults. In this role you will be part of an interprofessional team with geriatric expertise which includes nurse practitioners, a pharmacist, a physical therapist, and caregivers supporting program management and analytics.
