Medical Social Worker - Patient & Family Services - Per DiemSUMMARY: This position is accountable for meeting the psychosocial needs of patients and families through clinical assessment, crisis intervention, brief therapy, case consultation with the healthcare team and collaboration with other professionals in the community.REQUIREMENTS: Master Degree from an accredited School of Social Work. Must be eligible for California Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure. Prefer prior experience in a health care environment.
