Animal Care Technician II
Summary The Biological Resource Center (BRC) at National Jewish Health is seeking an Animal Care Technician II to join our team. Our department provides care to animals involved in research studies, focusing on pulmonary diseases such as COPD, and mechanisms of lung injury and repair. Our focus is to provide the best possible environment for the animals for successful research. The selected candidate will provide and maintain a clean cage environment, and support services for the investigators based on requests and ongoing services. These services may include tissue sample collection or colony management including weaning and breeding. Our team within the BRC will provide training for these techniques
