Position SummaryResponsible for directing, coordinating, and overseeing various departmental operations and processes. Manages the Department of Medicine’s research operations by recruiting and onboarding research faculty and laboratory staff, overseeing research time and effort, coordinating lab purchases, and partnering with the Department’s Vice Chair of Research to develop policies and procedures.
