Patient Care Technician I
Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a part-time Patient Care Technician I for the Cardiac Access Unit at Morristown Medical Center to work 6am-6pm, including rotating weekends. Responsibilities Essential Function/Responsibilities:Assisting patients with activities of daily living, Obtaining and recording vital signs, weights and heights, preparing patients for Cardiac Cath Lab and Cardiac OR procedures. Assisting patients with mobility: ambulation, transfer, discharges, measuring and recording I & O; performing EKG's, phlebotomy and blood glucose monitoring, Observing and reporting changes in patients' condition to the RN. Qualifications Minimum Education:High school graduate or equivalent required
