Provide coverage in two level II NICUs with the assistance of NNP
Physician on-call after rounding, NNP stays in house
Block scheduling - average of 15 shifts/month
Opportunity to moonlight at level III and IV NICUs with Pediatrix in San Antonio
Easy transfers to San Antonio practice
