The role you’ll contribute:
The Student Worker - General Office provides clerical support to academic and clinical departments.Performs general clerical duties including, but not limited to, reception, answering phones, picking up and delivery of mail, making copies, scanning documents, filing, data entry, typing documents, organizing department supplies, inventory, assembling packets, creating marketing flyers and other projects as assigned.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
· Answers phone, greets visitors and answers basic visitor questions
· Picks up, delivers department mail
· Makes copies, performs scanning using “OnBase” scanning software
· Makes appointments in Outlook
· Performs data entry, files and types documents
· Runs errands
· Organizes and keeps inventory of department supplies
· Assembles packets
· Creates Marketing Flyers
· Other projects as assigned
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
·Current acceptance as an AHU student
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED:
·Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
·Excellent organizational and communication skills
