Summary:
The Manager, Compliance Operations will serve as the primary System Administrator for all Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions leveraged by ScionHealth’s Ethics & Compliance (E&C) function. In addition, the Compliance Operations Manager will manage the compliance analytics program and provide strategic support to the compliance policy and culture (communications and training) programs.

Leads efforts to evaluate existing and identify new technology solutions to increase overall program effectiveness and efficiency.
In conjunction with selected vendors, facilitates cross-functional efforts to design and implement GRC solutions necessary within the Ethics and Compliance function and then serves as the system administrator for those solutions.
Manages relationships and performance for all technology vendors engaged by the Ethics and Compliance function.
Develops analytics and reporting methods to enable the Ethics and Compliance function to be more data-driven in its risk assessment and work planning efforts.
Supports the SVP, Chief Compliance Officer in preparing key reporting and dashboarding for senior leadership and Board presentations.
Partners with the Ethics and Compliance leadership team to create process training materials to ensure effective use of compliance solutions by stakeholders.
Supports Ethics and Compliance leadership in preparing compliance culture materials related to enterprise compliance communication and training needs.
Supports Ethics and Compliance leadership in developing and rolling out key Ethics and Compliance policies and processes to drive program effectiveness.
Additional Information:
Serves both internal and external stakeholders including team members, patients, contractors, and vendors.
Exhibits a fundamental awareness of healthcare regulatory and compliance laws and regulations (e.g., Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, EMTALA, HIPAA, Medicare and Medicaid billing requirements).

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Healthcare Administration, or related field or 5+ equivalent years of relevant experience, required.
Licenses/Certification:
Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), or other compliance, analytics- or IT- related certification, strongly preferred.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in compliance and/or analytics role; demonstrated experience in system design, implementation, and administration.
3-5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in acute care and hospital settings.
Depending on a candidate’s qualifications, this role may be filled at a different level.
