Position Summary: The Radiology/CT Technologist is responsible for performing all diagnostic radiology and CT tasks within the facility including a variety of diagnostic and CT technical procedures that require independent judgment, initiative, and ingenuity in order to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis. Tasks will also include, rooming patients, performing medical assistant/emergency department tech tasks, and assisting the provider with medical procedures as necessary. Additionally, the incumbent will provide on-site collaboration working with the team to accomplish strategic goals and day-to-day t functions. This position requires a highly collaborative approach to services in an emergency room environment.
Minimum Requirements:
Education/Licenses/Certifications: Certified with the State of Washington Department of Health, Radiologic Technologist Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT (R) (CT), upon hire, or within 6 months of hire into this classification. Certification with the State of Washington Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
