Founded in Columbia, South Carolina in 1980, Columbia Nephrology is the largest nephrology practice in South Carolina.  Our physician owned practice currently has 19 physicians and11 mid-level practitioners.  Columbia Nephrology provides a complete range of services to our renal patients including: chronic kidney disease (CKD) care, dialysis, kidney transplant care, interventional nephrology and management of anemia.
