Provides high quality patient care by performing intake assessment, determining diagnosis, developing and maintaining a treatment plan, concurrent reviews and discharge planning for patients in the Behavioral Health Program. Therapy may include individual, family, couples or group counseling as appropriate, using clinically sound and evidence-based practices as current with State Mental Health laws, regulatory agencies, and Centura policies and standards of care.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:* Two years of direct behavioral clinical experience providing individual, group or family therapy in an inpatient or outpatient setting* Competence with DSM diagnostic criteria and treatment planning. * Demonstrates clinical and ethical professionalism, conflict resolution and critical thinking skills. * EAP knowledge and experience, preferred* Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field, required* Current State License in one of the following disciplines: Clinical Psychologist (PSY), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)Your Connected Community:As one of the busiest ERs in Utah, Holy Cross Hospital - Jordan Valley West is known for offering a broad spectrum of medical services and specialty clinics to care for the diverse healthcare needs of our growing community.
