Position Summary     The Desktop Administrator maintains and supports all end point devices, desktop systems, and peripheral equipment enterprise wide in order to meet the needs of the administrative, clinical, and research computer users at National Jewish.  This position assists customers with testing, analysis and problem resolution for endpoint related technology through direct customer support.  In addition, the Desktop Administrator will serve as an escalation point for issues from the first and second level support teams to assist in more complex issue resolution.  This position will also manage desktop images, desktop patch management, support end point applications (including Encryption),  manage internal projects, and work as part of larger project and
