Watertown Regional Medical Center is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor
Full time; FTE 1.0 / 40 Hours per week
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker responsibilities include:
·Maintain and manage a caseload of psychotherapy patients, holding scheduled appointments and conducting treatment planning as well as dealing with their needs between appointments such as emergencies, questions, completing forms (medical, job, legal, etc), interacting with other providers involved with patient as appropriate, and other appropriate needs as they arise.
·Complete and maintain patient charting according to State and organizational regulations.
·Participate in peer consultation activities, both in the monthly scheduled meeting and as requested by other providers. This includes presenting cases for consultation, co-signing reports, and providing input on case consultations.
·Complete required CME to maintain professional license.

Qualifications
Education: Master's Degree in Social Work or related field.
Experience: 3000 supervised clinical hours as certified by letter from State of Wisconsin Department of Health & Family Services.
Certification: Must be licensed in Wisconsin as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or a Licensed Professional Counselor
