Providence ElderPlace is seeking a Fulltime, board-certified ARNP with experience in Adult Primary Care, Gerontology or Family Medicine to join its Seattle facility. This is an excellent opportunity to work among supportive Geriatric Medicine colleagues as a part of a comprehensive care program known as PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly). In-home care and outpatient setting
A minimum of 1 year of experience required
Interdisciplinary model of care, working with a team of professionals
Flexibility in practice with geriatric medicine group
Compensation is between $125,481 and $162,327 per year
The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
