RN Experienced Pediatric Clinical Nurse – Med / Surg PICU

Seeking an Experienced ICU or Med Surg/ICU trained RN for our Multi-Specialty unit located in the Glendale area. Phoenix Children's Arrowhead Hospital's pediatric inpatient unit cares for both acute and critically ill pediatric patients, utilizing a patient and family-centered approach to provide compassionate and high-quality care for children of all ages. This 24-bed unit treats various acute and critical care specialty needs, including medical-surgical, ENT, endocrinology, hematology, pulmonology, orthopedics, urology, cardiology, and others. If you are an experienced pediatric RN with at least 1 year of experience, have excellent communication, critical thinking, and strong decision-making skills, along with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment, apply today! Currently offering part-time and full-time night shift positions. Must have at least 1 year of pediatric bedside ICU RN experience. No New Grads will be considered.
This position works in collaboration with the healthcare team, patient and family to promote patient health through delivery of professional nursing care appropriate to patients age and condition as documented in the nursing and medical plans of care in accordance with evidence-based nursing and patient care practice standards and hospital goals, values and regulatory standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
A year (ADN) degree in nursing, a four-year degree (BSN) in nursing is preferred
One or more years of Pediatric ICU nursing experience
Current Arizona RN license or RN Compact license with multistate privileges, and in compliance with the Arizona State Board of Nursing licensure requirements
Current BLS provider from the American Heart Association
