Team averages 7 peds EM physicians and 5 APPs; 20 EM physicians collaborate if needed
120 hours per month; 10-hour shifts; mix of days and nights (all nights are an option)

30k+ ped EM annual volume
Competitive hourly rate; W-2 employed with a benefits package, signing bonus, and relo assistance
