INCENTIVES OFFERED for this position:
$36,000 lump sum sign on bonus paid during senior year of CRNA school for committing to work at Duke after graduation from accredited CRNA school
$12,000 additional committment bonus paid in two installments of $6,000 each on the 6 month and 12 month work anniversaries
$8,000 relocation budget if moving 50 or more miles to be close to Duke Regional Hospital
Opportunity Summary
The DUHS SRNA program offers current SRNAs attending an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia the opportunity to receive a stipend while in anesthesia school if they commit to work at Duke upon graduation and earning their CRNA certification. RN's currently enrolled as a SRNA must apply and be accepted into this program.
Minimum Qualifications to Apply
Education
BSN is required. Must be currently be enrolled in a MSN or DNP accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program with pending 2024 graduation.
License
Must have current RN licensure issued by the NCBON.
Certification
Must obtain CRNA certification upon graduation.
Experience
At least 2 years of critical care experience to be accepted into the program.
