Job Summary Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse and Clinical Coordinator, the Hospital Care Aide- Sitter provides one-to-one observation and participates as a member of the treatment team in creating and maintaining a therapeutic environment. Responsibilities include providing support for the patient, providing basic physical patient care, assisting staff in unit functions and interacting with all members of the health care team. Supervision is not a responsibility of this position. Does related work as required.
