Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in advancing our research efforts! As a key member of our administrative team, you will work closely with the Division Administrator and Principal Investigators, and other key leaders, this role is responsible for managing pre-award administration for both internal and external research grants. You'll collaborate with department leadership and research staff to support Principal Investigators in securing funding for impactful research projects.
Salary: $34.14 - $52.01 hourly
QualificationsRequired:
3+ years of research administration experience.
3+ years of financial, clerical, or administrative experience.
Ability to set priorities and complete ongoing tasks with competing deadlines.
Close attention to detail in a fast-paced, fluctuating workload environment.
Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft suite software, especially Excel.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent administration experience.
