We are looking for an experienced Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to serve our ambulatory patients with an emphasis on Population Health. This pharmacist will work as a part of a team that includes two existing pharmacists as well as three pharmacy technicians. Plenty of professional growth opportunities here within a 'putting people first' culture. Perhaps the best part - this is a FULLY REMOTE position with the only geographical caveat being that you must live within the state of Indiana or be willing to relocate here.
All candidates must have, at minimum, their Bachelors in Pharmacy and hold either a PGY1 Ambulatory Residency or 2 years equivalent recent or current clinic-based pharmacist experience. A PGY2 in Ambulatory Care Pharmacy and BCACP is preferred.
The state of Indiana in general is a much lower cost of living area than much of the country so added benefit there.
Actively interviewing now so don't delay! Send your CV in confidence to steve.helm@comphealth.com and contact me directly at 954-837-2603.
