CompHealth is partnering with a critical access hospital in southeastern Arizona that is seeking a board-certified hematology-oncologist for a solo, outpatient role. With an earning potential of more than $800k+, this position provides a work-life balance with a low patient census (10 - 12 patients per day), no nights or weekends, and the flexibility to explore a 4-day work week. After June 1st, 2025, the hospital is launching a new oncology service line as the current outsourcing contract ends. J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship is available.
