Shift: Will cover shifts in the day, evening, nights, and weekends. May include holidays as well. Times and days will vary as you will be picking up uncovered shifts per your availability.

The role you’ll contribute: 

The Phlebotomy Services Tech is responsible for collection and processing of blood samples and other specimens as defined by site. Provides a high level of customer service for lab inquiries, test requirements, and other laboratory information.

• Maintains a safe and clean working environment.
• Follows laboratory, hospital, and regulatory agency policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Performs venous, capillary, urine drug screen, swab collection or other specimen collection as defined by site.
• Ensures quality collection of specimens including appropriate sample container, sample volume, collection priority, and sample identification.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Required

Preferred qualifications:

• Completion of a phlebotomy program
• 6 months Phlebotomy work experience
• PHEL - Phlebotomy Trained

• CPT - Phlebotomy Technician Certification Phlebotomy certification
