SummaryThis Food Service Worker works independently with minimal supervision in a unit located outside the main facility. They demonstrate a broad knowledge of Food Service procedures including food preparation - modified diets - dishwashing - dry food and perishable food (refrigerated) storage - handling and food delivery.
