POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for performing diverse Talent Department support and assistance to the Regional Talent Team. Assists in providing first hand support and organizing the day-to-day operations of the recruiting and onboarding process. The position involves a high degree of professionalism, organization, attention to detail, project management, and customer service. The Talent Specialist frequently interacts with high level contacts and has exposure to sensitive human resources information necessitating the use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Associates Degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business or related field preferred. High Scholl Diploma required
CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: PHR/SPHR desirable

Technical proficiency in Outlook, MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point, and HRIS systems

EXPERIENCE: 0-2 Years previous recruiting support or HR experience preferred.

Works in clean, well-lighted, ventilated, smoke-free environment. Working hours are varied, with flexibility due to unexpected changes in schedule and emergencies.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Requires the ability to speak clearly and listen attentively, and develop and communicate written materials. Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time, as well as standing, stooping, stretching and lifting (up to 50 pounds) involved in filing duties.
