Pediatrix® Medical Group seeks a Neonatologist to join its well-established practice in Tampa, Florida.

• This position will primarily cover the NICU at St Joseph's North in Lutz, a Level-II with 7 beds
• Will also rotate to St Josephâ™s Womenâ™s Hospital, a 76-bed Level-IV NICU with over 1000 NICU admissions per year and approximately 5000 births annually
• There is an opportunity to provide additional coverage at the other hospitals covered by the practice in Tampa Bay
• Schedule will consist of daytime rounding and evening call from home
• The group provides 24 hour in-house delivery room and newborn coverage at all hospitals
• The neonatologists provide in-house call at St. Joseph's Women's Hospital Level-IV NICU, and a combination of in-house and back-up call from home for the other NICUs with either a Neo or NNP providing night coverage
• A combination of neonatologists and pediatricians provide normal newborn coverage at the hospitals
• The team consists of 16 neonatologists, 5 neonatal hospitalists and 14 NNPs who provide care to patients in the Tampa Bay market
